山東裝載機(jī)油缸使用注意事項(xiàng)

裝載機(jī)油缸必須嚴(yán)格按技術(shù)要求安裝,不得有任何松動(dòng),進(jìn)出油口接頭之間必須加上密封圈并緊固好,以防漏油。裝載機(jī)油缸在使用時(shí)應(yīng)該注意一下幾點(diǎn):
1、為了防止活塞桿等細(xì)長件彎曲或變形,放置時(shí)應(yīng)用墊木支承均衡。拆卸時(shí)應(yīng)防止損傷活塞桿頂端螺紋、油口螺紋和活塞桿表面、缸套內(nèi)壁等。

2、油缸安裝面與活塞的滑動(dòng)面,應(yīng)保持一定的平行度和垂直度。

3、油缸中心線應(yīng)與負(fù)載力的作用線同心,以避免引起例向力。否則密封體或活塞易磨損。

4、活塞桿端銷孔應(yīng)與耳環(huán)銷孔(或耳軸)方向一致,否則油缸將受以耳軸為支點(diǎn)的彎曲負(fù)載,產(chǎn)生磨損、卡死等現(xiàn)象。

5、在行程較大、環(huán)境溫度較高的場合,油缸只能一端固定,另一端保持自由伸縮狀態(tài),以防熱脹而引起缸體變形。

6、行程較大的油缸,應(yīng)在缸體和活塞桿中部設(shè)置支承,以防自重產(chǎn)生向下彎曲現(xiàn)象。

7、拆卸時(shí)應(yīng)按順序進(jìn)行。由于各種液壓缸結(jié)構(gòu)和大小不盡相同,拆卸順序也稍有不同。一般應(yīng)放掉油缸兩腔的油液,然后拆卸缸蓋,最后拆卸活塞與活塞桿,卸卸前后要設(shè)法創(chuàng)造條件防止液壓缸的零件被周圍的灰塵和雜質(zhì)污染。
