裝載機機油壓力有哪些影響因素?

1、機油油量缺乏若機油油量缺乏,會使機油泵的泵油量削減,致使機油壓力下降,加重曲軸與軸承、缸套與活塞的磨損。

2、若發(fā)動機溫度過高,不光加快機油老化、變質(zhì),也簡單使機油變稀,致使油壓下降。機油泵的驅(qū)動齒輪與驅(qū)動軸的固定銷開裂或合作鍵脫落,以及機油泵吸入異物而將泵油齒輪卡住,都會使機油泵中止工作,機油壓力也隨之降為0。當機油泵泵軸與襯套之間的空隙、齒輪端面與泵蓋的空隙、齒側(cè)空隙或徑向空隙因磨損而超越答應值時,都會致使泵油量削減,形成機油壓力下降的結(jié)果。

4、當機油因濾油器阻塞而不能流轉(zhuǎn)時,設在濾油器底座上的安全閥就被頂開,機油便不經(jīng)過濾而直接進入主油道。假如安全閥的敞開壓力調(diào)得過高,濾油器被阻塞時,安全閥就不能及時翻開,于是機油泵壓力升高,內(nèi)漏添加,主油道供油量削減,引起油壓下降。
