裝載機離合器需要定期清潔殼體，檢查調(diào)整分離間隙、定期注入潤滑脂，必要時清洗摩擦片上的油漬，必須正確使用妥善保養(yǎng)。

1、在安裝裝載機離合器時，應(yīng)在分離軸承內(nèi)腔填滿鈣基潤滑脂，本機分離軸承外部設(shè)有黃油嘴，應(yīng)定期限量地注入凡士林(黃油)。分離離合器時，動作要迅速，并徹底分離。
