裝載機(jī)膠管的壽命長(zhǎng)短不僅決定于產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量好壞，還決定與日常的保養(yǎng)。在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的保障下，更換大口徑膠管的時(shí)候，膠管的長(zhǎng)度、鋼絲的層數(shù)、接頭形狀和尺寸都要盡量在合理的范圍內(nèi)，且應(yīng)盡量減小膠管的彎曲程度；在擰緊接頭螺母時(shí)，不能使膠管發(fā)生扭曲，過(guò)大的彎曲和扭曲會(huì)很大程度上降低膠管的使用壽命。

1、高壓膠管及膠管總成只能用于輸送所設(shè)計(jì)的物料，否則會(huì)減少使用壽命或失效。
High-pressure hose and hose assembly can only be designed for transporting materials, otherwise it will reduce the life or fail.
2、高壓膠管以及膠管總成只能在它的承受范圍內(nèi)使用，不應(yīng)在超過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)工作壓力的壓力下使用。

3、高壓膠管以及膠管總成所傳輸?shù)慕橘|(zhì)溫度不應(yīng)超過(guò)-40℃―+120℃，否則會(huì)縮短它的壽命。
High-pressure hose and hose assembly transmitted medium temperature should not exceed -40 ℃ - + 120 ℃, otherwise it will shorten its life.
4、高壓膠管及膠管總成不應(yīng)該在小于膠管最小彎曲半徑下使用，避免在靠近管接頭處發(fā)生彎曲或折曲的情況，否則會(huì)阻礙液壓傳遞及輸送物料或損壞。
