1、先放盡濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)變速器內(nèi)的液壓油，然后拆下變速器端蓋上的10個(gè)固定螺栓，取下端蓋；用2個(gè)M10的螺栓擰進(jìn)中間輸出齒輪的起吊螺孔內(nèi)，將直接擋裝配體取出；擰下中蓋板上8個(gè)固定螺栓，取出I擋油缸總成與I擋活塞裝配體；取下15個(gè)彈簧和彈簧銷軸；取下I擋離合器主、從動(dòng)摩擦片，再取出I擋內(nèi)齒圈和余下的從動(dòng)片及主動(dòng)片；取出I擋行星輪架與倒擋內(nèi)齒圈裝配體。
