裝載機(jī)超越離合器常見(jiàn)故障分析

對(duì)裝載機(jī)超越離合器總成進(jìn)行檢查時(shí),應(yīng)重視裝載機(jī)解體前各種工況下的工作情況,且只能檢查出損壞較大、較嚴(yán)重的故障,而對(duì)于其鎖緊性能不良但尚能鎖緊的故障,在裝載機(jī)又工作不良的情況下是不能被檢查出來(lái)的,必須用一定的儀器來(lái)檢查。
1、裝載機(jī)http://www.hdwzhs.com/在低速重載作業(yè)時(shí),突然出現(xiàn)“咯瞪”的停頓聲,繼而加油,車(chē)又繼續(xù)前行作業(yè),這是最常見(jiàn)的超越離合器發(fā)生故障的早期表現(xiàn),隨著使用時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),這種現(xiàn)象在作業(yè)中會(huì)越來(lái)越頻繁地出現(xiàn),停頓的時(shí)間也會(huì)相應(yīng)延長(zhǎng),工作負(fù)荷越大,越感到動(dòng)力不足。
