濟南裝載機企業(yè)面對的問題

1、裝載機制造企業(yè)眾多,導(dǎo)致市場競爭激烈
由于裝載機行業(yè)歸屬不明確,濟南裝載機至今沒有統(tǒng)一的國家技術(shù)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準,絕大多數(shù)產(chǎn)品都是在四輪拖拉機的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)出來的。此外濟南小型裝載機目前所使用的配套件主要來源于拖拉機和輕卡,沒有裝載機所需要的低速重負荷專用橋、專用箱等關(guān)鍵配套件,甚至包括小型裝載機專用的工程輪胎。由于技術(shù)含量很低,導(dǎo)致小型裝載機行業(yè)門檻非常低,任何企業(yè)都可以十分輕易地進入或退出。

小型裝載機的用戶群體集中在農(nóng)村,目前能夠覆蓋農(nóng)村用戶的只有農(nóng)機銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò),建筑機械和工程機械銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò)都只能部分覆蓋農(nóng)村。和大型裝載機銷售方式相似,小型裝載機也要求代理商或經(jīng)銷商能夠主動向用戶銷售產(chǎn)品和向用戶提供規(guī)范周到的售后服務(wù),而農(nóng)機經(jīng)銷商多習(xí)慣坐店經(jīng)營,沒有專門的銷售隊伍,也沒有專門的服務(wù)隊伍,更難奢望市場策劃、客戶管理等。建筑機械經(jīng)銷商與農(nóng)機經(jīng)銷商也有很多的相似性,而工程機械經(jīng)銷商又不習(xí)慣與農(nóng)村用戶打交道。因此,小型裝載機市場沒有成熟的銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò),在很大程度上影響了市場發(fā)展進程,一方面不能實現(xiàn)對用戶的引導(dǎo)作用,另一方面又不能實現(xiàn)對廠家的促進作用。
