2.注意磨合期的工作負(fù)荷，磨合期內(nèi)的工作負(fù)荷一半不要超過額定工作負(fù)荷的70％，并要安排適合的工作量，防止機(jī)器長(zhǎng)時(shí)間連續(xù)作業(yè)所引起的過熱現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的發(fā)生，引發(fā)各部件異常磨損。

4.注意經(jīng)常檢查潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油、冷卻液、制動(dòng)液以及燃油油（水）位和品質(zhì)，并注意檢查整機(jī)的密封性。檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)油水缺少過多，應(yīng)分析原因。同時(shí)，應(yīng)強(qiáng)化各潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)的潤(rùn)滑，建議在磨合期內(nèi)，每班都要對(duì)潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)加注潤(rùn)滑脂（特殊要求除外）。
