裝載機(jī)一旦柴油機(jī)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，就會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致裝載機(jī)無(wú)法正常工作，但是對(duì)于柴油機(jī)而言，啟動(dòng)困難是我們常常與到的故障，那么在遇到啟動(dòng)困難時(shí)應(yīng)該如何處理呢？

一、觀察柴油機(jī)的啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速。當(dāng)按下起動(dòng)按鈕而不能啟動(dòng)時(shí)，可能出現(xiàn)以下幾種現(xiàn)象：起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速正常；起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速降低；曲軸因啟動(dòng)電機(jī)不工作，或起動(dòng)電機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn)而不轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。上述現(xiàn)象除起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速正常外，都屬于蓄電池或起動(dòng)電路技術(shù)狀況不良造成的故障現(xiàn)象，故應(yīng)檢查蓄電池和啟動(dòng)電路技術(shù)狀況。

二、啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)速正常，但是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不能啟動(dòng)，應(yīng)注意查看柴油是否進(jìn)入氣缸，即觀察排氣管是否排煙和傾聽(tīng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)有無(wú)爆發(fā)生。若起動(dòng)時(shí)無(wú)煙排出，也無(wú)爆發(fā)聲，表明柴油沒(méi)有進(jìn)缸，原因是噴油泵不泵油，或低壓油路不供油?？上葯z查郵箱內(nèi)是否有油，然后擰松噴油泵上的放氣螺釘，檢查油路是否堵塞和有空氣，如上述檢查正常，再進(jìn)一步檢查噴油泵是否泵油。
