山東裝載機(jī)液力傳動(dòng)冷卻系統(tǒng)的改進(jìn)措施

目前裝載機(jī)所用液力傳動(dòng)冷卻系統(tǒng),多將液力傳動(dòng)油散熱器內(nèi)置于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)管帶式散熱器水室中。這種散熱方式啟動(dòng)初期傳動(dòng)效率低,液力傳動(dòng)油溫度過(guò)高,液力傳動(dòng)油與冷卻液易相互串腔。針對(duì)這種情況需要哪些改進(jìn)措施呢?
1、加裝節(jié)溫器
根據(jù)液力傳動(dòng)油溫的高低,節(jié)溫器可自動(dòng)改變液力傳動(dòng)油的循環(huán)范圍(大循環(huán)或小循環(huán)),調(diào)節(jié)冷卻系統(tǒng)的散熱能力,保證液力傳動(dòng)變速箱在合適的油溫范圍內(nèi)工作。

2、改進(jìn)散熱器結(jié)構(gòu)
為解決油溫過(guò)高和液力傳動(dòng)油與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻液相互串腔問題,決定將內(nèi)置的液力傳動(dòng)油散熱器更換為外置的板翅式散熱器。板翅式散熱器具有傳熱效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、強(qiáng)度高、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),而且具有擴(kuò)展的二次表面,這使得它的散熱面積比管帶式散熱器的散熱面積大很多。
To solve the high oil temperature and hydraulic transmission oil and engine coolant chamber string mutual problems, decided to built-in hydraulic transmission oil cooler replacement for external plate-fin heat sink. Plate-fin heat sink has a high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, high strength, adaptability and other characteristics, but also has expanded secondary surface,which makes it an area much larger than the heat pipe radiator cooling belt area.
3、改進(jìn)效果
將改進(jìn)后的新型液力傳動(dòng)冷卻系統(tǒng)在我公司裝載機(jī)上實(shí)驗(yàn),工作時(shí)液力傳動(dòng)油溫始終處于70~90℃范圍內(nèi),冷卻效果良好。
