1、檢查過濾器，若堵塞則清洗或更換，觀察油液，若變質(zhì)則更換。檢查總安全閥是否卡住，若卡住，只需拆下總安全閥，清洗主閥芯，使之能自由推動即可。
Check the filter, clean or replace if clogged then observe the oil, if the deterioration is replaced. Check whether the overall safety valve stuck, if stuck, simply remove the overall safety valve, cleaning the main valve, so that it can be freely driven.
2、判斷液壓缸活塞密封圈是否已失去密封作用，將動臂液壓缸收到底，再將液壓缸大腔出口接頭的高壓膠管拆下，繼續(xù)操縱多路閥的動份換向手柄，使動份液壓缸進一步收回活塞桿。
Determine whether the hydraulic cylinder piston seals has lost seal, the boom cylinder to close in the end, then the hydraulic cylinder high-pressure hose to remove large chamber outlet fitting,and continue to manipulate multiple moving parts of the valve reversing lever, so that the moving parts of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod further back.
3、根據(jù)多路閥使用的時間，分析閥桿與閥體孔的間隙是否過大。若間隙過大或閥磨損嚴重，應更換流量轉(zhuǎn)換閥。
Multi-way valve according to the time used to analyze the gap with the valve stem hole is too big. If the gap is too large or valves badly worn, replace the flow control valve.
4、檢查閥桿內(nèi)單向閥與閥座接觸面的密封性，若密封不良，可研磨閥座，更換閥芯。檢查彈簧，若變形、變軟或斷裂，均應更換。
Check the one-way valve inside the stem and seat contact surface sealing, if the seal is bad, can grind the valve seat, replace the valve. Check the spring, if the deformation, soft or broken,should be replaced.
