濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)液壓油粘度如何判定?

濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)液壓油質(zhì)量直接影響著裝載機(jī)的正常工作,在選擇液壓油的時候一定要注意液壓油的質(zhì)量,液壓油粘度過低會使零部件摩擦嚴(yán)重,粘度過高會導(dǎo)致啟動困難及油泵吸油不良,以確保機(jī)械的正常運行。那么應(yīng)該如何判斷液壓油的粘度呢?
1、玻璃板傾斜法:取一塊干凈的玻璃板,將其水平放置,并將被測液壓油滴一滴在玻璃上,同時在旁邊再滴一滴標(biāo)準(zhǔn)液壓油,然后將玻璃板傾斜,并注意觀察:如果被測油液的流速和流動距離均比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液大,則說明其粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液低,反之,則說明其粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液高。

2、玻璃瓶倒置法:將被測的液壓油液與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液分別盛在兩個大小和長度相同的透明玻璃瓶中,再用塞子將兩瓶口堵上。將兩瓶并排放置在一起,然后同時迅速將兩瓶倒置。如果被測液壓油在瓶中的氣泡比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液在瓶中的氣泡上升得快,則說明油液的粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液粘度低,反之,則說明油液粘度比標(biāo)準(zhǔn)油液粘度高;若兩種油液氣泡上升的速度接近,則說明粘度也相似。
