裝載機差速器傳動過程為：主傳動器將動力傳遞給裝載機差速器殼體，裝載機差速器殼體將動力傳遞給合金鋼十字軸，再經(jīng)過合金鋼十字軸傳遞給傳動組件輸出。與現(xiàn)有差速器中的合金鋼十字軸兩端的直徑Φ25相比，改進(jìn)型差速器合金鋼十字軸與差速器殼體壁配合的兩端直徑被加大，因此差速器承受、傳遞扭矩的能力增強，可使主傳動器提高傳遞扭矩12%，差速器工作可靠性明顯提高，從結(jié)構(gòu)上消除了合金鋼十字軸早期磨損和斷裂現(xiàn)象。
